Account Manager_Singapore

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager (Singapore) to drive business growth by acquiring, managing, and expanding enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent client relationships, and a proven track record in IT services sales.

Key Qualifications:

  • 8-12 years of sales experience, with at least 6 years in account acquisition & management.
  • Strong network within IT & Engineering departments of BFSI, Telecom, IT/ITES, and Hi-Tech industries.
  • Experience selling Enterprise IT Solutions, including Strategic Staff Augmentation, Managed Teams & Services.
  • Proven ability to develop $0.5M+ accounts from scratch.
  • Ability to engage C-level executives and key decision-makers.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in IT services sales, SaaS, and RFP-led business development.
  • Knowledge of DevOps, Atlassian, AWS, Cloud, and Digital Services.
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire enterprise customers in Singapore.
  • Develop business plans and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Drive account expansion through multiple engagements within large enterprises.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for pre-sales, solution design, and delivery.
  • Lead RFP sourcing and submission for IT services deals.
  • Build strategic partnerships with key third-party influencers.
