Technical Skills
- Lead Agile development projects from start to finish.
- Create project plans and manage delivery phases.
- Build and coordinate effective project teams.
- Identify and resolve project risks and issues.
- Ensure best practices in software development.
- Report on project progress to stakeholders.
- Monitor project finances and seek new opportunities.
- Assist with RFI and RFP processes.
- Make hiring decisions based on project needs.
- Maintain high employee and client satisfaction.
- Mentor technical consultants in their career growth.
- Be open to travel within India and abroad for projects.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years in IT development projects.
- Early experience in technical roles (Java, Front End, .NET, etc.).
- Good understanding of project design and development processes.
- Proven experience managing fixed scope and T&M projects.
- Experience with teams in different locations.
- Skilled in managing both new and existing projects.
- Knowledgeable in change management.
- Strong team coordination and management skills.
- CSM / CSPO / PMP certification is a plus
