Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Tax Reporting Consultant to lead the implementation of Oracle TRCS/HTP solutions. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in tax provisioning, reporting, and compliance, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting frameworks.
Key Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience in Oracle TRCS/HTP implementations (4-5 full-cycle projects).
- Strong knowledge of IAS 12, tax provisioning, and reporting requirements (OECD Pillar II, CbCR).
- CA with tax expertise preferred; Oracle Certification is a plus.
- Experience in business requirement gathering, solution demonstration, and user training.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Tax Reporting Workflows, ETR KPIs, and Dashboards.
- Proficiency in financial statements, statutory reporting, and EPM modules (FC, AR, NR).
- Hands-on experience with DM, FDMEE, and data integration tools.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Agile project methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle TRCS/HTP implementations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Develop and optimize tax reporting processes and compliance frameworks.
- Conduct business requirement sessions, user training, and solution demonstrations.
- Design and deliver Tax Reporting Workflows and dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support onsite projects in the GCC region.
