HR Generalist – UAE based

Objective: We’re looking for an experienced HR professional with 5-7 years in a diverse, multi-cultural environment. This role covers the full employee lifecycle — from hiring and onboarding to development, compensation, and employee relations — while ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Laws and building a positive workplace culture.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of HR experience in a multi-cultural environment
  • Strong people and relationship management abilities
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems and databases
  • Solid grasp of organizational roles and structures
  • Detail-oriented and proactive approach
  • Excellent time management and analytical skills
  • Proficient in English and/or Arabic (written and spoken)
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Laws and HR practices

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee HR operations across the employee lifecycle
  • Manage hiring, onboarding, and employee engagement
  • Ensure accurate payroll and address employee concerns
  • Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy
  • Develop strategies for talent retention and succession planning
  • Handle offer letters, contracts, and background checks
  • Resolve employee grievances and enhance workplace culture
  • Ensure leave policy compliance and regulatory adherence
  • Support training initiatives and maintain records
  • Organize employee welfare activities and internal communication
  • Prepare HR reports and provide data-driven insights
