Product Owner

Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Senior Product Owner/Product Owner – Digital Payments (Merchant Solutions) to oversee the development, integration, and management of bank Pay solutions.

Key Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of experience in payment gateway or merchant acquiring roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in integrating e-commerce platforms, conducting website audits, and managing payment service providers (PSPs).
• Practical experience in handling chargebacks, dispute resolution, and managing clearing and settlement processes.
• In-depth knowledge of card networks, merchant acquiring operations, and terminal management systems.
• Proficiency in using web crawling software and tools for website audits and assessing payment readiness.
• Understanding of alternative payment methods (APMs) and value-added services (VAS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Technical Skills for Design Lead Role:

• Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for merchant acquiring and payment solutions
• Lead end-to-end payment gateway integration and website compliance audits
• Collaborate with PSPs and third-party providers for seamless payment solutions
• Manage authorization, clearing, settlement, and dispute resolution processes
• Ensure compliance with PCI DSS and regulatory standards
• Deliver robust merchant reporting and analytics for performance tracking
• Support business operations, including call center setup and merchant support
• Negotiate vendor contracts and maintain service-level agreements
