Product Owner_Issuing Cards

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of our Cards and Accounts portfolio. This role will focus on driving innovation, ensuring customer-centric products, and meeting the evolving needs of our users and investors. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital banking, particularly in cards and accounts, and proven success in the financial services sector.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years in product ownership, specifically within banking or fintech, focusing on Cards and Accounts.
• Knowledge: Expertise in card lifecycle management, authorization, settlements, tokenization, personalization, and regulatory compliance (Central Bank of UAE standards).
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficient in agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Soft Skills: Adaptability, leadership, decision-making, time management, empathy, resilience, and positive thinking.

Technical Skills & Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Develop and execute a strategy for Cards and Accounts, aligning with Bank’s mission.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and external providers (Payment networks, vendors).
• Customer Experience: Ensure products enhance user experience and meet customer needs.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank and relevant regulations.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product performance and drive continuous improvements.
