KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage key client portfolios across western India, ensuring professional handling of their business needs.
  • Build and foster relationships with new and existing clients, maintaining frequent contact.
  • Utilize experience in upselling, cross-selling, and understanding customer requirements to drive quarterly revenue growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding ongoing projects in the region.
  • Stay up-to-date with technology trends to effectively advise clients.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create customer case studies and testimonials.
  • Demonstrate a strong grasp of documenting customer requirements.
  • Define and track KPIs, including customer engagements, managing security team tasks, understanding technical challenges, and facilitating resolutions.
  • Be the customer’s advocate within the company, ensuring they derive maximum value from upcoming product features.
  • Possess excellent communication skills to effectively convey insights and updates.
