YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:  3+ Years

We’re looking for a proactive and dynamic Associate IT Project Manager with a strong background in managing IT projects independently. This role demands a go-getter attitude, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project Management: Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring objectives are met on time, within scope, and within budget
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Change Management: Handle project changes effectively, ensuring proper documentation and communication.
• Escalation Management: Serve as the first point of contact for project-related issues, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including technical teams, business units, and external vendors.
• PMO Support: Contribute to project reporting, governance, and process improvements.
• Presentation & Communication: Deliver clear and concise presentations to teams, management, and stakeholders.
• Coordination: Facilitate meetings, track milestones, and ensure alignment across all parties.
• Adaptability: Quickly adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve project challenges.
